Roastery Coffee House was founded in 2017 with a quiet but determined belief: India deserves great coffee, served with honesty, intention, and a feeling of home.
What began as a small roastery has grown into a café culture that celebrates the simple pleasures of everyday life. We source 80+ scored coffees from India’s most dedicated farms, roast them fresh in-house, and serve them in cafés built around modern Indian warmth, spaces designed for conversations, comfort, and community.
Our journey has always been guided by one promise: to honour the entire journey from farm to cup. We work closely with farmers, pay fair and premium prices for quality, roast each batch with respect for the bean, and serve coffee with the calmness and care that define Roastery.
Today, Roastery is more than a café or a roastery.
It is a feeling of familiarity, of warmth, of being remembered.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
From a barista counter to shaping India’s coffee culture.
Nishant Sinha, a Hospitality graduate from IHM Jodhpur, began his journey as a barista — a place where he learned that coffee is not just a beverage, but a form of connection. Years of working with Indian farmers, roasters, and cafés shaped his belief that India’s coffee story deserved global recognition. Roastery Coffee House was built on that belief. In 2024, Nishant opened Roastery’s first global café in Helsinki, Finland — a defining moment for Indian speciality coffee on the world stage.
He is happiest when he is brewing coffee, travelling, learning, and meeting people who love the beverage as much as he does.
