What began as a single space has, over the years, grown into a collection of cafés across cities; each
opened at its own pace, each shaped by its surroundings. Every year brought a new address, but
never without intention: a neighbourhood that felt right, a community worth becoming part of, a
space designed to ease the rush. The coffee evolved, the cities changed, and the map slowly filled
in, but the purpose stayed the same: to create places where craft, conversation, and time could
coexist.
Each year added a new café to the journey, always as a considered step forward. From the first ever
Roastery in Hyderabad to the many spaces that followed panning across various cities in India:
Kolkata, Jaipur, Lucknow, Delhi and Delhi NCR, and a little touch of Indian Speciality Coffee
across the world in Helsinki, Finland, every opening marked a moment of learning: about the city,
its people, and how coffee fits into daily life there.
