Roastery Coffee House Sector 116 is known as The Ochre House — a space inspired by ochre, one of the oldest pigments known to humanity. A colour found at the base of cave paintings, architecture, and historic art across cultures, ochre represents permanence, warmth, and craft.
THE OCHRE PIGMENT HAS EXISTED THROUGHOUT HISTORY
in subtle yet significant forms in soil, in palaces, in nature. Ochre is a pigment that exists in almost all colours and gives the beautiful shine to the pinks and reds. By acknowledging that, we are showing that you have to look back to move forward.
Usually Roastery takes after the architecture of the particular place where it opens, but this time,
we have a very traditional architecture in contrast to the modernity of Noida. Roastery is a place
