To think that this cafe bustling with people at the moment was once an empty ground not so long ago, is something that is still hard to grasp. Most cafes are built around already existing places. But, Roastery believes in delivering an experience with every cup of coffee that it serves. Hence, when it comes to the look and feel, they go all out — even build from scratch! Roastery at Noida was built on an empty plot of land. Inspired by luxurious heritage bungalows, Roastery boasts of spaciousness, greenery, an open courtyard and a coffee counter that has all the spotlight. The brand wears its tag of being a ‘family cafe’ with elan. Even our furry friends love to soak up the sun at this pet-friendly cafe.
Roastery Noida puts its celebrated courtyard to the use of greater good few times a year by lending stall space for free to small businesses by organising flea markets.
The coffee counter is an interactive space where one can volunteer to brew or learn the various tricks and tips of home-brewing from a team of talented baristas. Their head barista, Mohammad Afsar, just represented India at the World Latte Art Championship in Taiwan after winning the national leg earlier this year.
Even after two years, Roastery’s coffee is a knockout. Only India’s best beans make it to the brand’s roasting unit and only freshly roasted beans are used to make their coffee. The coffee menu is extensive and includes something for every palette, mood and age. Similarly, their food menu is a combination of multiple cuisines, namely Italian, Continental and cafe favourites such as burgers, sandwiches, fries and salads. The brand serves many vegan options as well in both coffee and food.
