About Roastery Coffee
Founded in 2017 by Nishant Sinha, Roastery Coffee House was created with one goal: to brew India’s finest coffees, and share it with as many people as possible. Over time and with practice, we have been able to build a system where we pay fair if not premium prices to our farmers. We believe it is our responsibility to treasure the value chain from crop to cup. All our coffees have a score of 80 and above : they are fresh in season and roasted to perfection. As we have grown over the years, we at Roastery, have found innovative ways to share our coffees and connect communities across India and beyond.
About Founder
Nishant Sinha, a graduate in Hospitality from the Institute of Hotel Management (Jodhpur), has worked in the Indian coffee industry for several years. He started as a barista and is now, one of the pioneers in the field of Indian specialty coffee.
In 2024, Nishant opened doors to Roastery’s first global outlet at Helsinki in Finland. A step forward for the brand, indeed but a giant leap for Indian specialty coffee.
His vision for Roastery Coffee House is backed by serious research and legwork aiming to expand the brand’s presence across multiple Indian cities and beyond borders. An avid traveler and a true blue coffee lover, Nishant is happiest when he talks about coffee, gets a chance to learn more about this beverage and meet more coffee enthusiasts around the world.
